Objective(s)

Student will:

  • research biometrics and a specific biometric device using lesson1worksheet.doc as a guideline
  • discuss their findings within their group and present their research as an oral presentation to the class

Procedure

Begin with a class discussion to see what students know about biometrics or forensics. Students are grouped and given a biometric device to research.  Each student will be given a handout lesson1 worksheet.doc and required to do their own research.  Students will come together within their groups and discuss their findings.  Each group will give an oral presentation to the class.  The last two questions from lesson1 worksheet.doc should be answered as a homework assignment in a blog.
