Title: Lesson 5: "Powering Up Your Future"

Grade Level(s):  7th & 8th

Learner Outcomes:  The students will be able to:

Duration of Lesson:  Three to Four 45-minute class periods depending on computer skills of students.

Enrichment Activities: Students can interview a professional in the career they have chosen to research by recording answers using an audiocassette recorder or a video camcorder for a presentation to the class.

Evaluation/Assessment:  Each student will present their PowerPoint to the class and will be graded according to a teacher made-rubric.  Instructor will collect disc containing PowerPoint for grading.
