Elements of A Fable

  • Usually animal characters tihe human qualities
  • Plot involves wise or foolish characters and has a moral
  • The beginning of the fable shows the setting and the situation in whic the                     characters find themselves
  • The middle of the fable explains what the problem is and how characters attempt to solve the problem
  • The end of the fable shows the mora or lesson to be learned from the story
