Overview:  The final product of this unit is a four part paper in which the student discusses his or her past and present and examines the future.  The purpose is to  guide students in the right direction and help them to focus on reaching their goals.  The intention is not to insist on a set path but to ensure that students have a realistic view of what is needed for them to become successful members of their community.
