Materials:
Completed note cards
Final copy

Technology Tools/Courseware:
Camcorder, tripod and videotapes
Computer with word processor and internet access
CD-ROMs
VCR and TV  or Projector and Screen
Teacher Notes: 
Instructor must be familiar with use of camcorder.
If it's an interdisclipinary unit, each department will evaluate his area of expertise.
The instructor may give the media specialist the papers to keep on file for additional information
    on the topic.

Procedure:
1.  Teacher provides an example of the format for the "Works Cited" page and explains technique.
     Teacher also provides the extensive LIST of sources and how each should be properly cited.
2.  Teacher explains the criteria for the oral presentation .
3.  Students give presentations while teacher videotapes them.
4.  Teacher reviews videotaped presentation with students.

Modifications:
Handouts large print for students with visual difficulties
Use of video projector / LCD panel for visually impaired
Cooperative learning ( peer tutoring)
 

Enrichment Activities:
Students may provide a handout of their outline to the class.
Students may use audio-visual aids to enhance their presentation.
Students can create a Power Point presentation in which to share their research project
    with the class.

Evaluation/Assessment:
Teacher grades the final copy.
Each person in the class gives written and oral feedback to the presenter on his paper and
    presentation after viewing the videotaped version.
Teacher also gives written feedback on the oral presentation based on the predetermined criteria.
