Before using Enrichment Activity, make sure that you have a signed
Acceptable Use Policy on File.
PROCEDURES
1. The students will view a Power
Point Presentation on stress.
2. The student will read, analyze, and answer the
questions on a
Job Related Case Study.
3. The students will utilize the Problem Solving Process
to identify,
synthesize, evaluate, and solve a Personal
source
of stress.
4. Students will differentiate between internal and external stress
through the use of a Check List.
5. Students will take a Coping
Skills Inventory and receive a profile.
This test will require an Internet accessible computer.
6. Students will visit an Internet site on Improving
Self Concept and
identify areas which apply to themselves.
MODIFICATIONS
See Individualized Education Plans for specific accommodations and/or
modifications to meet each student's needs.
ENRICHMENT ACTIVITIES
Students will use search engines to visit Internet sites relative to Stress
Management and will develop a case study, apply the problem solving process,
and present it to the class using Power Point as a visual aid.
