Title: Wildcats Go to Washington

Grades: 6, 7, and 8

Subjects:  Social Studies, Language Arts

Learner Outcomes:  1) To be able to follow
                                       itinerary
                                  2) To use a video and
                                      digital camera
                                  3)  To be a good note
                                       taker and collect pamphlets

Time Frame:   Five full days of trip

Materials:  Emergency forms, first aid kit, batteries, blank tapes, contract for activities
                    admission tickets, extra copies of itinerary for students, daily report forms

Technology: Video cameras, digital cameras,

Teacher Notes:  The reservations are confirmed, funds raised and all that is left is the
        actual trip.  Yet, there are still loose ends to double check, see about the following

Note:  The student daily report is a form to be completed each day and turned in at room check each evening.
