Depending on the number of students in the class; six 90-minute periods (25 students @ 20 min.)
To provide ample time for students to complete their life long fitness plan and brochure, this session should begin approximately one week after the completion of Session Seven.
Materials: same as technology tools
Technology Tools/Courseware: Computer with presentation software loaded, LCD Projector and Screen
Teacher Notes:
Make sure the classroom has ample seating as well as space
for presentation. For the purpose of this lesson, the media center contains
one computer, one LCD projector and screen, and seating for 25 to 30.
Procedures:
Today students will present their life long fitness plan and fitness brochure to their peers. Presentations should not exceed 15 minutes, with 5 minutes between students to allow for setup and assessment of presentation.
Students will also evaluate peer presentations and brochures to determine the top 3 to be presented to the community.
Modifications: Made at the teacher’s discretion following I.E.P. guidelines.

Evaluation/Assessment: Students use evaluation rubric generated in Session Seven.
