Lesson 3 - The Important Stuff

1.)    Have students turn on their computers and monitors so that the desktop appears.
2.)    Have students access the Internet, type in the URL for The Solution Site (http://www.thesolutionsite.com),
        and then press ENTER.  Find the unit on Surviving in Windows 98 and go to "Lesson 3 - The Important Stuff."
3.)    Have the students size their Netscape window so that it only takes the right half of the desktop space.
        This will allow the other half of the desktop space to be utilized for practice activities.
4.)    Students should now go through the activities in Lesson 3.  As they complete the lesson, the practice
        exercises can be done in the open desktop space.
