through out the book

Students will use the dictionary to define the
vocabulary words throughout the book

Teacher will demonstrate what fractions are
on the overhead and discuss with the class

Each Student will receive a Hershey Milk Chocolate
bar

Students will examine and discuss the divisions
of the Hershey bar

Students will break apart Hershey Bar as teacher
instructs through the reading of Hershey book

Students will follow instructions as read in
the Hershey book

Students will discuss each fraction formed throughout
the book
