    5.  Orally in their groups students will read each book.  (One page per student.)
    6.  Students will use hard copy to do a rough draft of their role sheet. Then they will take their role sheet to a computer, along with a 3.5 disk that contains a role sheet template.
    7.  At the computer, students will access the role sheets, type on them, and save them to the disk. (This procedure should be taught prior to the activity.)

    9.  While students are working on the story map groups will take turns rotating to the projection device to begin discussions.  The Discussion Director will lead the groups in their discussions.
    10.  Students will come to the computer and projection device.  They will retrieve their role sheet from their disk and project it for the group to see.
    11.  Each student will present their role and complete their group discussions.  The teacher will print each role sheet as it is presented.
