Below is a list of people who were involved in organized crime in the 1920s.
From this list, select 3
people or groups you would like to learn more about. Research these
people/groups on the Internet,
taking notes in your notebook. Do not print out the information.
Get as much information as possible.
Identify your sources. You will need to find at least two sources
per person/group.

Modifications: Teachers should ensure that special needs
students have more time when necessary. As usual, please

Evaluation/Assessment: After the research/note taking,
students will bring their notebooks to class. Teacher will
review the 3.8 paragraph. Students will select two of the people/groups
and write a 3.8
paragraph on each one. They may use their notes. Efforts should be
made to ensure that
students are not using downloaded information.
