Teacher Notes:
1. Explain the basic
parts of a block style letter.
2. Review the formatting
guidelines for a block style letter.
3. Show students a completed
block
style letter using the LCD panel.
4. Ask students to get
in small groups to brainstorm for the letter writing campaign.
5. Ask each group to
pick 5 businesses or individuals to write letters to asking for
their participation in our community health fair.
6. Instruct students
to find addresses for the businesses students wish to contact.
7. Students should compose
their block style business letters. Useful
