1. Divide a 3" X 24" sentence strip into six equal parts.
 

2. Punch a hole in each end. Tie a piece of yarn (enough to fit around their waist) in each hole.
 

3. Draw six pictures (scences) that tell the story they dictated earlier.
 

4. Write the title and the author on the back.
 

5. Have each child wear the book belt and tell their story to the class.
