Description This is a multi-subject interdisciplinary unit that
incorporates the Alaskan Iditarod Race with the novel,"The
Call of the Wild." The unit includes lessons pertaining to
weather,history, following the trail, comparison of states
and health issues encountered by the race teams.

written summary of finding.
