Description Students in Kindergarten through Fifth grade will enjoy
learning various types of poetry through music and
movement including nursery rhymes, chants, tongue
twisters, choral readings and limericks. They will
also compose their own poems and publish them using
various types of technology. These various forms of
poetry will be incorporated with other curriculum areas.
The 21st Century Tools Computers with internet access, PowerPoint, projection devices, televisions, printers, copier, camera, video camera, software with phonic reinforcement, and Microsoft Word Program
